About the Photographer

Graham Murphy

I have been a professional photographer for over ten years, working mainly in the world of commercial photography.  My photography background began as a Forensic Photographer in the New Zealand Police.

I am an Accredited Member of the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography and I hold the NZIPP Distinction of Master of Photography, (With Distinction), One Bar.

I love to photograph pets, especially dogs.  My studio sessions are intended to be fun for the dogs, playful, warm and a little cheeky.  My images capture more than just what your pet looks like, they reveal something about who they are.  Expressions, movement, quirks and the wonderfully imperfect moments that occur during a session are all part of the story.
